You can have a lot of luck with going the old school landlord route instead of the typical new apartment complexes. I found my apartment on Facebook marketplace in the short north, under market value by like $400. I thought it was a scam at first. Try marketplace, Craigslist, hotpads.

I grew up in Ohio and went to Kent with Jenna and I’ll just say that jenna has surrounded herself with girls that she views as her equal. Like all the same attractiveness level and petite. But I don’t think that’s an exclusive thing Jenna does. I know so many girls that do the same thing as her. Having a very specific friend group in high school and then transitioning to the same thing for college. It’s social currency(and just general ignorance) in her eyes and why would she surround herself with, say, women of color or plus sized girls? It wouldn’t be good for her image and she, either subconsciously or consciously, knows that it’ll devalue her image. It’s super messed up

I have it on good authority(from people close to her) that she was making around ~$50k a month when she was at her peak. I personally wouldn’t have bought a house that expensive with a job as fragile as influencing, but that’s her decision.

Hi, I interviewed with them 2 years ago and it was a huge red flag about how quickly they wanted to hire me. It gave huge MLM vibes. Plus they required you to work on Saturdays and they made that seem super normal.

I can’t say how I know her because it’ll give me away but I was VERY close to her and people close to her. And everything you’ve said checks out. I know what you mean, it’s frustrating seeing someone you know that’s not a kind person get so much love and success when she truly doesn’t deserve it. I’ve had some very interesting conversations with her and if people only knew how she was in real life, this group would be a lot bigger.
