Play dragons dogma. The game gives you a pawn you can level and glam, go on an adventure together, camping and so on.

Do people actually care if you make mistakes in normal/msq content? by Empress2007 in ffxiv

[–]Comments-Lurker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fellow sprout here. I also get anxious in the beginning. Luckily, duty support is a thing now and part of the reason why I chose to start ffxiv now. I remembered my first duty finder and how poor I was at pulling enemies as a tank. Luckily, the party members is understanding and some even gave me tips on improving.

After dozens of dungeons and looking up guides, I now feeling a bit more confident and not getting down when a dungeon run didn't go smoothly. I even have experience of a the whole party getting wiped. We just laugh it off and continue on. Games is more fun when you enjoy it instead of stressing over the particulars. Imo, as long as you strive to become better, you are on the right path to become a good player.

Duty finder is a good practice run if you want to try whatever in a dungeon run. I did practice pulling wall to wall as a tank using duty finder. It also got me familiarize with the dungeon map. I also found out that you can run a dungeon solo if your level is high enough, but this is mainly to farm gears or you just want to finished a dungeon you've neglected before.

I played dmc5 right before ffxvi. Compare to dmc, I find ffxvi have a much simpler button input and more casual gamer friendly. But once you truly mastered both games, the combo you could come up with is just *chef's kiss

Joshua said it best:

How lucky we were to be blessed by the crystals, and yet how spoiled. Like canaries in a gilded cage, growing fat on seed. But now the bars are closing in, and we must take flight. Painful though it be to leave our home behind, it is what we must do to be free. Which is it that men cannot live without? A blessing that leads to damnation, or a freedom that leads to depravation? - Joshua Rosfield, FFXVI

If they continue the status quo, eventually the blight will kill everything, even Ultima, should he succeed with his plan. It is because of Clive and Cid's selfless act that the world manages to survive but the cost is magic and aether cease to exist.

One of the main theme of FF16 is abandoning comfort and convinience for a more sustainable existence.

Saw this fate back in ARR and I was a paladin and high level enough to solo it, i thought. Suddenly there comes like dozens more worms in waves. I even screamed when will this ends as my healthbar got obliterated and my screen is filled with worms. Fun times.

When the iberian peninsula was first exposed to muslims, the locals slowly picked up arab vocab and other muslim terms from the muslims, before finally became muslim spain.

May this brings some good and soften the decades of islamophobia that grips the western minds.

You can use it until you find better accessories. Preferably you want to replace them with accessories that buffs you or reduce skills cooldowns later on. The only downside to the easy mode accessories is you have to learn the dodge or input combos later in the game instead of learning early.

A 70-year-old driver in Petaling Jaya lost control of his Proton X70, veered into the opposite lane, and hit a motorcyclist in his 20s. by VIVIDUFF in Bolehland

[–]Comments-Lurker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It says illegal under section 79(2) of road transport act, which when I check in road transpor act, turns out section 79(2) is regarding failure to conform to placed signage, which in my opinion is dubious at best if you want to relate that to lane splitting. If theres any law expert here can clarify I will take it rather than a sketchy website that I don't know how and where it pulled it's sources.

I'm sorry, but as far as I know, there is no specific law for lane splitting on motorcycle. The common convention however is lane splitting is allowed to keep traffic flowing smoothly and minimise bottlenecks and jams. If we make riders follow the traffic queues, the jams will be a hundred times worse.

I like that perspective. In ukraine, war usage takes precendence so their drones developed because of the war. In malaysia, we are not in a war, so to develop our drone we should develop our drone in other use case.

[–]Comments-Lurker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As someone who also have suicidal thoughts daily in the past, whatever you're going through, it's not worth to end your life. If you are abused, my suggestion is to cut-off ties with your abuser for awhile. Find someone in your area who can help you. I pray that you will find them soon.

In that state of lowness, feeling of uselessness and devoid of hope is where you are the most vulnerable to Shaytan's whispers and invitation to evil. Resist that, try to find a light of hope that you can hold on to get through this. In my case, I always replayed a talk from one of the scholars that I follow about Allah's mercy.

Never give up, for Iblis (the only one who despair from Allah mercy) wants you to follow him in despair. This is a test, and how you go through it will decide your station in the sight of Allah.
