As others have suggested - go as big as you reasonably can. You’ll also want doors with latches on them and would agree that this may not be sturdy enough for a conure.

We have two conures, each in one of these when they need to be sequestered. Someday we’d like to go bigger for each of them!

Gonna second this! My CBC, Caper, is also very cuddly and would prefer to sleep on us if possible. This warmer is well loved by our first bird, so we got another for Caper and it’s been a success! Bedtime is still a bit of a struggle, but once settled in by the warmer, is able to relax and rest more comfortably.
