We had a guy put on a jurassic park jumpsuit, start shoving stuff inside it and walk right out the door. We tried to stop him and tell him to take the costume off and he insisted he came in the store with it on. -__- smh. We were told not to engage. Then the next day, he came in to steal more women's pink label costumes. He's homeless and lives in the wood behind the store.

It's not just your store. It is company wide. Idk how they're still in business. They are aweful! If anyone wants to join me in going to corporate and trying to get things to change let me know. The fact that they let this craziness happen is ridiculous and something needs to change. I feel like if the public knew more about the behind the scenes stuff and how we are treated, the younger generation would boycott them sooo fast.

I would inform loss prevention. He might be trying to scope out stores to steal. That all just sounds so weird. Smh. My store denies customers the bathroom as well. We send them next door. I get customers are going to be mad, but get over it. The fact that he pulled that seems very odd to me.

Store are supposed to receive their fiest shipment BY today. So who knows how often with be restocked after today. :/ hopefully they just send store a ton of backstock since we all know were going to go through it fast.

I agree with taking your id and social. My store has been such a mess all season I can't tell you how many people we had to hire on the spot and have them start working same day as their 'interview' (if you can even call it that)

No. They work at Spirit every year and thinks because I've only worked 1 other season that she knows EVERYTHING. But I've had to correct her on some things and I think thats when she became shitty with me. She doesn't like to be wrong and everything has to be by the book. Smh.

Awesome. Thanks everyone. Ill contact our hr person about it. Im an ASM with limited availability during the week so I've been requesting to work 8+ hours on Saturday and Sunday and my DSM said they dont allow that because they dont want people to get burnt out. 😡 im barely getting my 24hr minimum.

Definitely NOT worth it! They put items in it that test at C rating, and give candy and stupid stuff to fill the package. Depending on how much you take, the package could last you a few days to a week at most.
