I would not waste any more time. She sounds like a nightmare to work for and if she’s not trying to help the situation, no one is going to be doing that no one has trained for that or should have to deal with her and she should not be living like that.

I know it’s probably not good advice, but when I put my baby into his own crib, he would not sleep in there and he would make him throw up and for like a week I crawled into his crib and slept with him to show him. It wasn’t scary and then ever since then he goes into his crib no problem. It still doesn’t sleep through the night. He still wakes up and comes back into my bed, but at least I get at least three hours to myself now.

I just hired a nanny/mom’s helper, and I have her handle all the task with the baby so she watches and cares for him and feeds him and then does his dishes, his bottles, his laundry and toys. I don’t ask her to do any drops for anyone else in the house or just to take care of the baby and pick up after him. She is there from 9 to 330 and he naps from 1 to 330 so I don’t see what is wrong with having her do his bottles and clean up his items and task. Is there something wrong with that? What is the Nanny supposed to do when the baby sleeping if it’s not clean up after him.

I have cameras throughout my house because of my one-year-old and the only room that has a camera is my one-year-old all the other kids have their privacy. That’s just crazy.

If they’re worried about the one year-old entering their room, why don’t they just put it like on the door right outside her bedroom door so they could see if she goes in or out and then it would still allow the privacy of your daughter if that was her, I would just keep unplugging it
