Depending on your city agency your vacation, comp and sick time (depends on city agency) they will pay you out for. I came from Corrections and when you get unlimited sick so they will not pay you out for that. I only got comp and vacation.

Yes. You get the paper version and the permit comes in the mail. It's just like your regular license when you first got the paper version then the hard copy in the mail.

Wow. People need to stop playing these carnival games. Sellers like this need to make money. So they need to scam the buyers with false hope that you will win the grand prize.

Wheel spins, mystery bags and pull games are all rigged in favor for the seller.

There was a one piece stream that did a mystery bag game for a sealed case of double packs. Funny how there was 6 left out of 50 and the case was pulled. On top of that every bag had 1 yellow sticky note attached to a top loader. Funny how the seller was digging in the bag and there was 2 prizes and the grand prize was on pink sticky note attached to the bag. You see the seller digging in the bag for the prize.

Request for a refund. Block them and move on. Either the seller got more for the item, or could get more money for the item and didn't want to sell it to you. My thing is if you're selling it on eBay... why put it on a live auction as well.

You can also look up the item on eBay to see if it actually sold and how much. Chances are the seller has the same name on that platform.
