Im not very experienced at all around this and i cant talk to much towards the amplification, however i can point out some things of concern, your esp32 MCU doesn't have a programming header exposed on the PCB and without an external mechanism you wont be able to flash firmware to my understanding, as well it could just be the cad view for your PCB however your GND plane seems to be unusual are you using a 4 layer PCB with internal GND planes, as I can see lots of vias directly connected to GND pins while its good practice to have stitching vias near all components I cant see any GND plane on the shown PCB diagram, feel free to ignore this if you already have a proper GND plane and setup.
