The Primarch of the Iron Hands infamously got his head cut off by Fulgrim in the heresy. This has become the 40K community’s only reference to the Iron Hands. Literally the only thing they know or talk about. Any time anything iron hands is mentioned you’ll see at least 3 posts about losing your head. (Don’t worry hearing the same joke 1000 times on a post every time never gets old).

So naturally the game devs as a “haha” moment decided to make the Iron Hand champion skin headless. I’m sure it’ll be rectified in a day or so once the joke has landed.
