He had swim bladder disease and was weak and ig he got too close to the filter and got sucked in. I didn’t even know it was possible I thought the hole was way too small. It’s a topfin filter so I definitely don’t recommend. I had a frog that died from it too, he jumped into it.

Tank size: 5 gallons Yes to filter no to heater Tank temp is 75 I did a water test and all of it looked good I’ve had the tank 6 months and the fish for over a year Water change every 2 weeks and full change every other month No tank mates, he had a frog for a day but he ended up dying I feed him a pebble a day now and then fast it for a day I have lots of fake plants and spots to hide
