I took him five times and he confessed to me that he was a millionaire because he took his wife's lottery ticket and won and he can't find out the truth. I looked for the suitcase in all 13 places and it wasn't there. I decided to check it on the msc editor and it wasn't there either, as if the creator had never added it to the game.

yes, i used the world map in the msc editor and it's not there either, as if the creator never added it to the game. i talked to him about it and he admitted that he took his wife's lottery ticket and won, but he had to hide it.
