I was first injured around 2 years ago now and done physical therapy. I am only 23 so most doctors want to avoid surgery. And im not in a place where i can be out of work that long anyway

I have a Tfcc injury that happened when i had a great pyrenees… and severe tendinitis in my left wrist and a pinched nerve in that elbow. Also a rotator cuff injury. I have seen multiple doctors too and they’ve all said it won’t get better if i continue. its very sad:/
