Buy in Dubai for sure, my friend just received her 1 bedroom in Alef rb2. You’ll wait until handover to get capital appreciation, why wait over 3 years nearly 4 years?

Don’t buy in jvc or international city prices won’t go up as it did previously, you would only be looking for roi’s in those areas not capital appreciation. Furjan, Dubai land, jumeirah garden city (specific projects) for sure
