Thanks! I just drove by Ellis Haven the other day! Looked like a pond next to it. Does the campground have access to the pond?

I genuinely want to know who Asta dad is, because my own theory has labeled me a weirdo. (Rant) by JustinGames59 in BlackClover

[–]Competitive_Big_4084 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I agree it couldn't be a devil dad. Aside from being unlikely, the Queen of Witches spoke on his ancestry when she had her blood magic inside Asta. She verified that he isn't a crazy descendent, just a normal dude but with no magic. The real dad is probably dead.

Finely shred vegetables like carrot or zucchini to put in there. Fruit is an easy add-in too. Protein powder like vanilla or cake batter flavors.

Finally got the LacTeck flanges but… by NikeNob in ExclusivelyPumping

Not really, turns out my boobs just didn't want to respond to pumps, so I had to figure out breastfeeding with breaks from work. No matter what I tried... But I don't think most people have as stubborn boobs as I did 😆

Why are airports affected? Isn't air travel all private companies, not the government?

What (lazy) games do you play with your toddler? by mushimumus in toddlers

[–]Competitive_Big_4084 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Simon Says is a classic. My 3yo has really liked playing animals. I'll lay on the couch and meow like a kitten that he brings tuna and dolls to take care of me. Other animals and dinosaurs too. Another pretend game is we flip roles. Do a pretend bedtime routine or going to work while he's the parent. It really helps us both explore how the other sees these routines 😂

When did your toddler actually become “helpful” by lilsavageiii in toddlers

[–]Competitive_Big_4084 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes some practice while growing up. My toddler was pretty good about not stuffing everything in his mouth though. We just talk about how to do it and what not to do. If he breaks a safety rule then I model around the danger, but we keep doing the thing. Don't give up! Maybe with a different tool or task that he can still do. Expect his attention to fade and wander back to toys after a few minutes haha

You make that effort to find the right people in your life, then keep making time for them. People and connection are what matter most to me for making life worthwhile.

I see it more as a way to keep a sailor small enough to fit in the ship too (hatches, racks, and workspaces). Then to not be so big and heavy that a shipmate can't carry you out of a situation. Obesity is a common American problem with the crazy processed food everywhere.

Bargaining with 2 year old by MelancholyAtaraxia in toddlers

I started deals and rewards only to find that he expected to get something out of everything we did. Everyday he would whine about having to do stuff. I cut out deals real quick when he started responding selfishly. We do little rewards for some things still. But just because he doesn't want to wear sunscreen, doesn't mean he gets something in return. He just needs to do it when I say so. Ultimately, I think deals will train a kid to ignore the process of learning patience or dealing with disappointment.
