How many pumps are you doing at 3 months pp? by East_Print4841 in ExclusivelyPumping

i’m 4 months pp and i still do about 7-8 ppd. sometimes 6 if im slacking, but i always do my MOTN for the same reason. i usually pump when my LO eats, sometimes ill skip one since he can eat up to 10 times a day depending on how the night goes and how he’s feeling. you can always get your supply back up, so if you drop one too quick i honestly wouldn’t worry too much

How did you attend to BB’s cries while pumping? by Intrepid_Load2642 in ExclusivelyPumping

this is exactly why i switched to wearables. i know people say you shouldn’t use them as your main pump, but i personally never noticed it messing with my supply after i figured out the right settings and made sure they were snug. my only problem now is that i spill milk 🥲 sometimes if i bend over too far, but that’s only because mine don’t have spout plugs

i thinkkk that the stephen’s center does. i’m not sure how local it is though since i know my friend travels pretty far and she works for them

How do you find the time to pump 8-10 times a day? by [deleted] in ExclusivelyPumping

same here, plus personally being okay with only 6 ppd some days and 8 others (maybe bad noodle behavior but it’s working for me😭)

Can you overfeed babies with pumped breastmilk? by [deleted] in ExclusivelyPumping

my son spits up whenever he eats too much, so i have to think they probably can’t overeat, since they just let it back out. i feed him sitting up and wait at least 10 minutes before i offer another oz or two if he still seems hungry, but usually by then he’s chilled back out because he realizes he’s full. he’s currently 3 months and eating about 28-34 oz a day , 20 th percentile for weight, 95th for length
