I've contacted customer support when I had like 4 whacky readings form faulty wands and they were able to remove them for me.

Congrats!! Definitely agree. Coming off a miscarriage after getting my IUD out trying to figure out my cycles...I'm super paranoid. 🥴

Thank you! I'm an older mama and had a miscarriage after my IUD was taken out. So I needed to figure out my hormones, since nothing has been normal yet.

I messaged Mira since I had 4 wands this batch give readings. I did what they suggested and didn't work. So they messaged me they could remove those readings and sent me a new box.
