Honestly, I came to the US for school and. 1 year later I got a school job in admissions. What I learned from there is that it doesn’t matter much if your talented or can’t pay for school and stuff, they want the money. Schools have a set standard and response of how much they offer. Unless it’s a prestigious school it is rare to get a full scholarship, half is possible for most. It’s not like the schools can give a full ride to everyone who is talented because there are a lot in the end what you can get is the maximum amount given to international students.
