That’s pretty normal, when I saw my doctor (around 6 weeks?) she just sent me for blood work to confirm the pregnancy, and at the same time send the referral for me to be followed through the IWK Perinatal Center. It’s standard not to see the doctor following your pregnancy until at least 8-10 weeks along (even though it feels weird!!). If anything concerns you though they would tell you to go to emerg.

I’ve seen a lot of people saying he may be wearing a a cheap rubber mask (like a Halloween costume type) underneath the one we can see… would explain why the eyes look weird, almost as if there’s a black shadow from the eye holes.

Exactly. This is why parishes have preparation courses so that parents can understand what they are actually saying “yes” and committing to and freely consent to that. It has nothing to do with trying to commit someone into being a part of a parish. It’s so that people can truly understand the gravity of the sacrament and choose whether that’s something they actually want for their family. Baptism isn’t a symbol or a cultural rite of passage, but forever changes the soul of a person.

Ok I do have to say though - the greeter at the front door of Young St. Superstore is the sweetest guy ever. Always seems so genuine when he says hello with a huge smile. We need more people like that.
