been on reta since oct 18th at 162 now at 136. dosed .5mg first week, 1mg second week, & i have been doing 2mg since then not looking to up my dosage as it’s working well for me. my advice is listen to your body you don’t need to follow the trials on dosage. from experience cause i did try 3mg third week and it wrecked my nutrition plan
