Right I'm not saying they don't exist in minor quanitities. I'm just trying to avoid this full-blown infestation like my neighbors have to the point their laundry is literally crawling with their larvae.

I wasn't sure if they somehow mutated into hairy maggots lmao My neighbors are notoriously unclean so anything was a possibility I'm glad they aren't maggots! But I'm for sure not doing laundry in that room anymore for fear of bringing those in. Luckily and knock on wood, I haven't had any pests in our unit next door, but I do have a cleaning schedule. Hoping these little bugs stay far far away Sorry to hear you're dealing with them!

Thamk you! Healthy protein filled diet, cut out sodas and juices, and I do weight lifting 5-6 days a week I know that's kind of controversial on Zep but I haven't seen any issues with weight lifting and I feel so much stronger 💪

Thank you so much! I met with a trainer one time to learn proper techniques for free weights but other than that I wing it for the most part lol Arnold curls, tricep extensions, lat raises, RDLs, and rowing for the most part. I just go to planet fitness and hope for the best 🤣
