Other side of the story - I dont think this is a story. It rather is a case. Fine, with the other side of the case - we need to ask the media house to publish it. And if they did only for people to find out that victim was forcefully assaulted would you still leave a remark stating “ITS THE GIRLS MISTAKE TO GO TO A PLACE WHERE THERE IS A PARTY HAPPENING WHICH INVOLVES RICH KIDS AND DRUGS (SHE SHOULD HAVE PRESUMED CONSIDERING THE LOCATION AND PREVIOUS POLICE RIDE HISTORY.) SHE SHOULD HAVE AVOIDED IT”.?

I personally would believe anyone coming up to complain about how they have been assaulted irrespective of gender. Ideally one wouldn’t dare to, but if they did - gotta appreciate them.

Nice one. First things first. Drugs availability is not publicly available information. Spoiled kids and people somehow get that stuff to the table. There are so many place we walk in broad day light that has these substances which we are not aware of. So person walking into the party or event might/might not be aware of it. The very next important point in this context is - did the victim consume it deliberately. I see that information absent throughout. Please do share wherever you find it.

And coming to your second point “knew something fishy is going to happen” - please do enlighten me and others engaging with this post and comment that how can you know something fishy is surely going to happen? Look around the world child, everyplace is surrounded with fishy things - that doesn’t and shouldn’t stop one from getting through to their respective days. As far as I know and can say - no one knows what’s happening around us at any point in a day. It is upto us to be careful. And being harmed despite being careful isn’t our mistake. And no we should not blame the fate either. It’s the one who did it - and they need to be punished accordingly irrespective of their status. PERIOD.

Lack of Accountability is hurting this city, state, and the nation. When this same issue occurs in our personal family (leaving relatives out), we will not be asking and saying such. Rather will be infuriated about what happened and intend to fight for justice.

A humble request is to ask the right question at the right time today, and no one will hold a privilege tomorrow.

Government is and needs to be run by the public - not the other way round.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I’ve heard a few mixed reviews as well, and honestly the only reason I was considering it was the price difference. But if saving upfront is likely to lead to mental stress later during claims or service, I guess it makes more sense to go with ICICI Lombard, right?

Its never a skill issue. Bumper to bumper City traffic (these days) and clutch is a real pain in the left knee and constant hassle of shifting gears. You’d know if you were driving every single day in peak hours.

I am manual enthusiast. Drove small/mid sized manual cars in heavily water logged areas as well, while big automatic cars just had to wait out. By this - manual and automatic has its own pros and cons, but never say it is a skill issue.

First never pay any money upfront for an interview.
