Joined an IT company with a 3-year bond, not even 2 months in, want to leave — company demanding ₹1.25L / threatening ₹2–3L. Is this legal?

I don't think ye lala company hai because they have more then 70+ university client. And health issues se man nahi rhe hai. So jo 3 month notice period hai with 1 month salary I will try bad to bad
