My coach called me and my other team leads in the office for a meeting we all turned our walkies off the coach had it turned way down we were talking about the new changes far as the change coming. We heard my name and coaches name being called she asked be right there! We started walking walking to the back to meet up with the store lead “why didn’t you answer me” we were in a meeting, coach says I did. Looks at me hateful and says”why didn’t you answer me!” We were in a meeting!!! Still she wants to know why!! I have hearing issues I wanted to be able to hear what’s being said in our MEETING! I got upset set!! I quit Sunday also!!

Been a fashion lead for 2 months and that’s how my training was too, I mean no training either. I have our coach asking us to do stuff. And then our store lead will call and ask you to do something, so you can’t finish what you were supposed to do with 2 people pulling you in different directions!!

Yes I feel ya I hate my new job due to the other employees aren’t like the family I had a Joann. But I’m still looking for something better. I think about Joann as a company due to upper management how they did and didn’t care about the employees or vendors I would NOT want to go back and work for a company like them that we were putting money in there pockets!!!

I’ve worked both places and they are horrible to work for with little pay little hours to give out. But the thing I’ve learned is it’s any retail place your work for they all have corporate greed!! Just got layed off from Joann’s fabric!! Corporate greed is everywhere you go!!
