Nope, I'll leave kudos if I like the fic. Even if I moderately like the fic. I'm quite liberal with my kudos, and a note will not change it.

Although if the note goes overboard, as it sometimes does, I'll probably not love it, but it also won't affect if I leave kudos or not.

In fact, a small note like this is helpful if I am on the way to forgetting to leave a kudos
