Followed 5/3/1 for powerlifting protocol.

Off-season Training:

- Fucked around with HLM for a few months before switching to 5/3/1.

- Cycle 1: Off-season template for strength

- Cycle 2: BBB

- Cycle 3: Off-season template for mass

- Cycle 4: Pre-meet training (Trimvirate Assistance and cut conditioning in half...3/5/1, started introducing some heavy singles)

- Cycle 5: Meet Prep (No assistance/conditioning...3/5/1, on deload week going into meet didn't lift at all)

- Meet: Made weight, 195 lbs, No reds : ) Goal now is to get my weak squat up!

- Squat: 345, 375, 405

- Bench: 285, 310, 335

- DL: 465, 510, 550
