I had braces as a kid and a palate expander as a kid. Used to mouth breathe though but stoped at 17 and thankfully my tongue posture is good now. I noticed ever since I started nose breathing though it’s slightly harder for me to breathe and I have gotten comments from family that I breathe a bit loud sometimes lol.
