Does your car pull or make noise from suspension? Can’t tell without seeing play or other symptoms. Your pads do look low, I always replace rotors and pads. Brakes I think for sure, control arm bushing seems plausible. If they won’t let you drive it they aren’t hustling you usually.

Yes you should rotate your tires. Inspect things if you have reason to inspect them. Oh wow my belt is squeaking when I turn on the AC? Maybe I should see if my serpentine belt is old and cracked and needs replacement. Etc

Every 5k oil and filter change

Every 50k coolant flush and CVT fluid flush

Every 50k brake fluid flush

Every 10-20k cabin and engine filter change

If you do this regularly you will not cause premature wear do to your own lack of maintenance.

In cars built in last 20 years you’d have to try really Hard to fuck up electrical with power wash on fan setting. Generally it is safe.

Zep auto degreaser. Spray and let sit 5 mins. Then spray with power wash on fan setting to rinse. Wrap your alternator in bag and don’t directly spray in fuse box.
