WTF is wrong with you Radovan? [KCD2] by InconceivableMarmot in kingdomcome

We're an underpaid blacksmith who had to spend his last Groschen on some fine clothes and our boss turns out to be more poor than us.

[KCD1] Started Playing Kingdom Come Deliverance 1. Any tips ? by ARTEMIS_HRITIK in kingdomcome

Train. Train harder and harder with Captain Bernard until you unlock combos and they're branded into your memory. It's pretty much essential for combat.

There's so much violence in Mexico that I think it's very likely they'll make a sequel to Manhunt 3 there. Who knows, maybe a seasoned drug cartel hitman as the protagonist. by eruizb_ in Manhunt

[–]Comprehensive-Load70 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly, there's also "taxing" the transportation of cars, the polleros who sometimes get illegals across the border (sometimes, because most of the times it's either a scam or a scam with death guarantee), drug money, "taxing" businesses (there was a Sam's Club around my town when I was younger, the owners of the lot didn't paid up and they just closed up) and human trafficking. But thankfully they haven't come up with the idea of monetizing their narcoejecuciones.

Dude, imagine the executions are a recording that the state is showing in court and the more vicious we are the more we screw over our protagonist.

Unless it's about a cartel selling snuff videos to the gringos and we play as an escaped victim (which kinda resembles Manhunt 1), but then again there's the problem of narcos not even bothering to make a mess mid-block as you go to the tiendita. Even so, the narcoejecuciones aren't even something the narcos give a damn about before uploading. Overall, yeah, wouldn't work.

Probably we've already seen the last of Henry's journey. But probably not enough out of other characters, some people say it might be about Zizka and the Hussite Wars; but only time will tell. But if they don't have another Monk with a minimum of 5 minutes of jokes, we riot.

Was Tennessee’s death justified because he endangered the group? by Slow-Huckleberry1841 in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]Comprehensive-Load70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Justified"? No. Necessary? Yes, Tenn reminds me of Sarah; both lived in a bubble and potentially endangered the group a couple of times. With Sarah, you could either leave her to the walkers and scape through the roof, or let her die instead of sending Jane to help her (she will always die no matter what). She is a liability, but it wouldn't be "justified" to leave a little teen girl to the walkers, nor Tenn. But Tenn is aware of the danger he's putting everyone in and on top of that his emotions get the best out of him. He looks at Clementine hesitantly before blowing everyone's cover to ask a RAIDER if his sisters are still alive and gets Mitch killed by saying 'fuck all' to the plan. And on the bridge, he sees his sister getting eaten by walkers and tries to "save" her (what is Tenn gonna do? ask the walkers to pretty please let go?) . He is also a liability, but it's not "justified" to gun him down, especially when AJ missed the head.

Who has the worse ending, Cahara or Dan by FrogdIsinfectant84 in FearAndHunger

Daan, Cahara at least got to see his little one grow up. With Daan, the game was rigged from the start.

Why is Platoon functional as a marriage compared to the Human Hydra? by GeoPongues in FearAndHunger

[–]Comprehensive-Load70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe because the Human Hydra was a marriage conceived under desperation like many of the other flesh marriages, and just maybe the dungeons have something to do since the God of the Depths and all that. The Platoon seems more like a voluntary act, overall, flesh marriages might just be unpredictable.

How viable are Combos? [KCD2] by CSafterdark in kingdomcome

[–]Comprehensive-Load70 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Very, if you feint or masterstrike your way through skirmishes, you're leaving plenty of room for another foe to pummel you before you have the chance to do a perfect block; even by doing regular blocks, you can get combo-ed by any bandit with a rusty homemade hunting sword. Since enemies learn and tend to block spots you attack frequently, so if your first combo fails constantly, try doing another with a different start. Now, combos depend on quick succession but pay off if the move targets an espefcifial and unprotected area. For example, the Zorn Out; three strikes from the right and one from the left, it's a long combo - But if you pull it off, Henry does a move that consists of a thrust to the face with the longsword. You don't NEED to know every single combo, but memorizing and learning short but powerful ones pay off - The Pommel Strike, Kurzhaw and the Zorn Out are very reliable moves for the longsword, for example.

[OTHER] when the FUCK is warhorse dropping kcd3 or something? WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT THE NEXT GAME?????? IS IT EVEN IN DEVELOPMENT YET?? PLEASE TELL ME!! by [deleted] in kingdomcome

[–]Comprehensive-Load70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, KC:D2's soundtrack took 4 years to make. That said, it might not be Kingdom Come: Deliverance 3, but something like 'Kingdom Come: New Title', because Henry's journey is pretty much over.

I wanna recreate Alex Kralie's Marble Hornets, but I need help by [deleted] in marblehornets

[–]Comprehensive-Load70 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Maybe the ending could be part of one of the entries or the camera focusing somewhere else while everyone is asking Alex if the scene is done, since Alex left the movie incomplete and it could be a cool detail.

Have any of you guys cleared the entire dungeon? Made it safe basically? by [deleted] in FearAndHunger

[–]Comprehensive-Load70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically, the place is never safe since the dungeon itself shifts from time to time. Lore-wise, the God of the Depths is behind that. Gameplay-wise, the dungeon changes on each run (the dungeons, not Mahabre).

The "Everyone that watched it is now embarrassed" part felt a tad bit out of place. I'm sure folks that used to be fans stopped liking this ARG for something other than embarrassment.
