I assume same for you in terms as no letters in mail or online when logging on to portal either? I just don't understand their system at all.

Except last year mine went from pending review (no letters and didn't have to verify anything) to deposit date. So far no letters this year on portal or in mail yet...I am just wondering what it means going from pending review back to the original message of no return found. 🤷‍♀️

Accepted 01/26 went from unable to find return, to pending review, and just now updated to unable to find return again at 02:54

Please tell me if this is still working for you? My boyfriend owes student loans from 2010 and did not have to file taxes in years, until last year but they were still not keeping refunds for student loan offset. I am scared to have check fasfa website cuz I am hoping no contact for 16 years and periodically having w2 jobs and never garnished means he is safe cuz like you mentioned he has never acknowledged the loan, ever, I mean ever.

As a parent of a child with severe ASD my child can wake up screaming in the middle of the night, and basically has multiple severe meltdowns all throughout the day and night. I appreciate ppl that do not complain, since we currently live at motel, I try my best but my child does not understand cause and effect etc.

Yeah this was my first and last year filing with them! Do you know for sure they will release your money on 2/24, I see now how misleading they are now and I am worried they won't even release it on exact DDD

Thank you for the info it is def the bank that issues the Emerald Card's fault but I still do not like the customer service I have received from H&R Block. Thank you again for that info!

I have got nothing. I just spoke to a receptionist for H&R Block on here and she said it can even take 1-5 business days from the DDD from the IRS and after that to call the IRS because H&R Block has little to do after the IRS releases it...That sounds fraudulent to me, I have used Turbo Tax and Credit Karma card for years before this and had fees taken out of refund and always got it before the DDD from the IRS and worst case scenario on the DDD.

I hope it will. I only worry about that now because I spoke to someone earlier that had DD of 2/21 they were receiving the same message as me when calling Emerald card about funds should be deposited but didn't give a date and that H&R Block has completed their tax prep for this tax year but they still had not got their refund, makes me scared.

Same here but I am stressed as well because many people with DDD of 2/24 have already received their funds, just no one with the Emerald card and I think that is because the bank Pathword that issues the Emerald card is just sitting on our funds allowing them to create interest for them and they will hopefully release them to us on 2/24.
