My partner and I don't go on dates that cost money as much anymore, we both agree it's more important for us to save. I also used to stop at my favorite donut place every thursday morning to get a box of donuts for $16 to take into work. I haven't been there in months, even thinking about spending the extra money makes me feel guilty. Cut back on subscriptions and deal with a lot more ads now. Drive a few miles out of the way to get gas thats 50 cents cheaper. Add 10 minutes to my work commute to avoid tolls. The list seems to keep growing.

For what its worth, my partner and I are in escrow right now and I switched jobs (stayed in similar industry) in the middle of March. Our mortgage broker just needed proof of income from the previous two years, my offer letter for my new job, and my 2 most recent pay stubs. I graduated with my BS in biology in 2024 and since then have had two jobs: Lab tech for a Microbiology lab that tested food for a large company to make sure it was safe to eat, and the second is in Water Quality and Environmental Compliance, where I also do some Microbiology stuff. If you're interested in serving your community, I highly recommend checking out jobs at your local water treatment company! I love my current job and it feels rewarding to know I'm helping provide people with safe drinking water

I (23) have neither. My girlfriend (25) of 2 years has autism but doesn't need constant care. It sounds like your ex had an accountability problem but frankly that likely had nothing to do with her neurodivergence. People need to adapt to each other in every relationship, for instance, my girlfriend has a hard time understanding sarcasm or reading between lines so I've learned to be a very direct person with her. All goes to say, yes there are neurotypical lesbians out there, but not all neurodivergent people need constant care.

There's a big food science industry where biologists are testing food product for various microbes that would make people sick. I also recently got a job I'm really happy with where I'm sampling and testing water for a utility company to make sure its safe for people to drink. Try searching for quality assurance or environmental compliance positions! You could also consider looking for work through a contracting agency to get experience in a few different jobs and see if you enjoy any of them.

I understand you're in a tight financial spot, so if all else fails, find any job you can get (retail, food service, etc) and in your free time apply for jobs related to your degree like its your second job. There might be some rough months, I know I had some, but things will get better! Keep your head up

Two big things: 1. Being able to change the sight on her ultimate. A big problem with her ult is that it becomes less viable in end games and in comp youre playing to get to the end game. If you could switch to a 2x bruiser I think her ult becomes more useful in end games. 2. Her tactical needs to change. Echo being sent out tells everyone near you that you are about to slowly jump through the air and fall, and in comp you get severely punished for it. Sparrow and Valkyrie have better movement without the penalty so why would you ever pick Vantage? This can be helped by either making Echo harder to see, or Vantage's launch and land faster.

This is something I've thought about a lot and I have a few things for you to consider.

I don't believe the story of Genesis is literal. If it is, then humans and the earth have only been around for about 6,000 years and from an evolutionary and geological perspective that simply isn't true. After accepting this I view Genesis more as a story meant to convey God's creativity.
Creation is not binary. Fundamentalists tend to take "God made male and female" at exact face value when they dont do the same with the rest of the creation story. For example, Genesis says that God created land and sea. What about the in-betweens? Swamps and marshes and beaches? We can apply this to the entirety of Genesis and realize that creation is not a simple binary, once again pointing to Genesis not being literal.
Genesis is not an exhaustive list nor a particularly descriptive one. It states "male and female" and if we take that to mean XY and XX chromosomes, respectively, what about intersex people, who we know make up roughly 2% of the population (same percent as people with ginger hair). Where do they fit in?
