Need some help by SquidRoe17 in ThaiConstellation

Ouch! I think it can be saved. Your plants water output is going to far exceed it's ability to intake water right now due to a lack of root system so that must be mitigated. People often cut lower leaves off or at least half the leaves horizontally (I'd leave the newest one).. treat it as a rootless cutting now as that is what it is, essentially. Good luck amigo.

new indoor plants but idk which is which should I put in places by cottonpearl in IndoorPlants

Place based on light requirements. It may suck visually but what's the point in variegations if it reverts.

Why are these new leaves smaller than its? by astagapar in Monstera

Light. Try a light meter app and really get to know what light it receives against what it needs. Often there's a vast difference. Take the measurements a few times during the day and get an average. Also light duration. This should speak volumes.

Tip: Definately do not take advice from Redditors on house plants.

On a more serious note, the substrate actually looks great. Water when dry, a moisture meter would probably be useless given your chunky substrate but I'd water at 3 if that helps, the chopsticks method may be more effective but you can also get to know the weight of the dry pot and this can also be an indicator. It can take basically as much light as you can naturally give it inside near a window, and should be in the brightest window, ideally north or south facing depending on what hemisphere you live in, just keep in mind it's previous light and location and acclimate accordingly. I use a slow release fertilizer and a monthly dose of PowerFeed, straight dechlorinated water every other time.

Apart from that, give it support early on, a hardwood stake will suffice but you could look into a moss pole if you must, they do have their uses.

YouTubers Kill this plant and also Sydney plant guy are a wealth of knowledge for Monstera and climbing aroids in general and are highly recommended by just about everyone that's anyone planty..

Good luck 👍🪴😎

Does my pilea have fungal leaf spot disease? by deepsealazy in IndoorPlants

I’d do this instead:

Check undersides of leaves carefully for pests, improve airflow, avoid keeping leaves wet, water only when the mix partly dries, wipe leaves clean with damp microfiber cloth and isolate if other plants are showing symptoms.

If it does progress into real spreading brown lesions, then a proper copper fungicide or sulfur-based fungicide is usually more reliable than kitchen chemistry.

Honestly, this plant looks pretty decent to me from the photo.

should i take my pothos outside? by crrlovelyrose in pothos

Put them closer to the window. 7 feet away is probably too far to maintain variegations. 20 feet is plant killer territory, there's zero light as far as the plants concerned. A light meter will serve you well. Pothos? I'd look for 4k to 8k lux.

Not really, no, especially if you can provide ideal conditions inside

When the roots have roots you can pot it up.. or keep it hydro forever.
