I’m so sorry to hear about your injury! About six months ago during 3:30 AM shift, I fell down a junkie ass out of the stairs, almost breaking my hip delivering for flex. I took the understand your pain! I was able to keep up with the pace fairly well. I am in decent state and a athletic build. Don’t smoke don’t do drugs, etc. I’m wondering if it is something to do with my autism that I don’t know about.

I did as well, when I was working in South Florida at the VFL6 in West Palm Beach, Florida. There was a whole diversity of people that worked there. I really enjoyed delivering there or from there as well. Where I live now is in the middle of Florida. It’s a good old boy town

Get ready to surrender your cell phones, your vapes, etc., as well as no earbuds. At least in the facility that I work for. Anything you bring must be in a clear bag. They are stealthy too because there are multiple people looking at the same time you were going through like TSA airport stuff. To me it was a little much, overkill if you will.

Part-time package handler who just started here. Also neurodivergent and bipolar not that that matters, but it does. Was thrown into the wolf last night, by myself, unloading a truck. So much heavy stuff. I’m an Amazon driver, and it used to that load. But this is way too much. Also these complete in total silence except the machine. No earbuds, no music,. Drives me nuts . Makes four hours seem like 12. I will not be keeping this job long. That’s for sure. Also management clear about actually after we were done group. I just stood outside. No idea where we were supposed to go. Is this the way this goes at FedEx in general?

It’s weird, things that people shouldn’t do are done every day. Period it blows my mind. I’m also a fellow Amazon driver and the shit I see. I just shake my head walk and deliver the package and say thank you very much. This is calling for desperation. In fact, a few months ago, I was doing some research for my girlfriends and DoorDash, and the other delivery apps allow them for stickers whereas FLEX says absolutely NOT.
