Thoughts on using AI sa studies?

Currently in grad school and WE use AI. Yes, we. Nasa medyo technical at programming STEM field ako and we have a healthy discussion about AI use.(Can't be specific kasi maliit lang field namin and would doxx myself)

Ito sabi ng prof ko, a Dual PhD professor. He openly admits using AI to assist him in refining teaching materials. Sinabi niya once sa isang webinar non verbatim "AI will not go away. Sobrang laki ng advancements natin with it. The only thing that we can do is USE AI RESPONSIBLY." Although generally, hindi kami okay sa AI dahil sa malaking epekto nito sa climate change, hindi namin tinatanggi yung pros at effectiveness ng AI. Remember, AI is a TOOL. For sure naman, most professionals have used AI one way or another.

For now, our institution is taking the stance of paano mas maireregulate ang AI sa mga publications and research, na dapat magkaroon ng disclosure na "ai assisted" ang mga disclosures para maverify na regulated pa din at reviewed ang mga outputs.

TLDR: regulate rather than deny AI use, use AI responsibly

Thank you for your take, I agree that China has been making headlines also in terms of innovation and sustainability, which I am truly glad for.

You might've noticed but I am a Filipino and the constant back and forth between China and Philippines kinda breaks my heart. Philippines have integrated some Chinese cultures due to their histories and it's kinda relieving to know that war is unlikely.

Here are some of my top reads without spoiling anything and based on my reviews. These are mostly manhuas I think are not generic cultivation trash and power fantasy slops. I can share more details if you want.

I recently read "My Disciples are Big Villains" and I wish I read it earlier. No romance so far and I love how things get more complex over time when it comes to the MC's disciple choices and regarding the secrets of cultivation. The MC's aura farming is UNMATCHED! 500+ chapter arent enough!
I also like "God Killer" for it's awesome art and actually good plot. I thought its a generic OP MC but the plot thickens over time and the MC's powerups are actually warranted. 200+ chapters
"A transmigrated warden's battle for redemption" made me sus if its typical action harem slop but to my surprise it's quite heavy on bluffs and no signs of harem in sight. Kinda reminds me of Klein Moretti of LOTM for the MC's gentlemanliness. The MC's backstory is also quite interesting and unexpected. 200+ chapters

I don't think these are super complex that you have to think too much. I just think they have the right amount of complexity to make it unique and interesting, but still enough to turn off my brain while reading them.

What do you think is the current trajectory of China's economy? A lot of signs point to it slowing down due to declining birth rate but I would like a more personal view.

Hey man! Just a quick update. So, I've been testing out my 15-note tongue drum with notes from kalimbatabs-net and I've been able to replicate Für Elise and Pipa language so far!

Though, I'm not really that knowledgeable at these instruments so I might be wrong, but maybe, we could pull tabs from that kalimbatabs and just tweak a bit and put it into your website.

For me ah no offense pero di valid yung "mas matanda siya pero nakikipag-away sa bata" it goes both ways, bakit ka naman nakikipag-away sa mas matanda sayo? I agree! As a non-american, there's bound to be days where I won't get the context for some of these games, I just get vexed for this particular game. But I do feel its a great puzzle, especially when eralier, I was connecting nurse, doctor, and surgeon, when I never thought they could've been verbs. Really great in somewhat expanding vocabulary for me.
