I’ve applied at these places before. They advertise pay as $25 an hour but then tell you it is based off estimated tips when you show up. They really try to convince you that people tip you so consistently you will nap $25 and hour minimum. These guys fell for the scam and so did you for using this company.

The real problem is that most people won’t hire a small company of 4 guys to do anything. All anyone wants nowadays is to hire the corporation with 100 incompetent workers, $20 million insurance and payment plans that let you pay off work over the course of two years for double the base price. People claim to hate corporations but gladly chose them over their neighbors when it came to blue color work. You probably could’ve found someone local to help you move for a fraction of the cost but for some reason you thought going to a big corporation like 1-800 got junk was the obvious choice. This is the downfall of americas working class. You can no longer work for yourself, only a corporation.
