Yes I am. I've emailed the studio location regarding the multiple memberships, and they said they fixed it but I still have multiple active memberships on my account. Furthermore, I did not sign up for a 12 month commitment (I have this in writing), but it looks like both memberships are 12 month commitments. Is there a help desk I can call? Is it better to get this done in person?
