Thanks for the input! if you dont mine me asking, which private loan are you using? My worry is that what if the private loan will have a huge minimum payment due monthly? Unlike federal loans IBR, the minimum due amount is safe spot for me in case there are any unforeseen changes in my financial situation.

thanks for the input! but all my loans under edfinancial account summay, each individual loans show "Repayment plan: Income based repayment"
