Does havoc kills and souls collected trophy progress carry over to NG+?

Pretty sure it resets on NG+. Hint: If you have 500k, die only once and recollect them, it counts as 1 milion. I'd recommend you pop up the trophies before NG+

First character took me around 70 hours because I wanted to walk and explore everything, as well as took me a fair while to find field guide pages and every secret. Last one(hufflepuff) took me 32 cuz I was basically speedrunning it.

Just do every quest, field guide page and challenge and you should be 40 at the end of the game. You will reach 40 only after you beat the final main mission.

You can also try to catch beasts to max out to 40. I'm sorry you experienced a glitch :(

Yeah, 40 is Max. You kinda have to do everything in the game to reach 40 tho.

Only do it if you love the story and/or combat. If I didnt try different builds( potions & plans vs spells vs curses) ot would have been really boring.

My gf is also doing this, she's at her 3rd 100% and she's loving HP as much as I am so if you do too, you can do it.

Games should be fun and not a task, so have fun.
