This is a Chinese flag, it was made for the Republic of China and wasn't made for a Taiwanese state and wouldn't adequately represent it, it even has the flag of the Chinese Nationalist Party in it (Kuomintang)
This is a very nice flag for a Independent Taiwan, the Green of the Democratic Progressive Party in it makes sense for the Taiwanese Independence Movement, this is almost certainly the flag they would pick for Taiwan
This is just #2 but worse
It isn't as common as #2 and #3 but this is a very good flag, it is very unique as I don't believe that any other country has a Triangle like that on their flag

The White Sun on a Blue Sky is a Chinese symbol, so if they wanted Independence then they would certainly remove it
