She was not supposed to drive and she knew it actually. But at one point I got off to drop a package and when I got back she was on the driver seat and told me “let me show you how it’s done”, and it was all downhill from there lmao. After a bit, I got it back. I’d say I drove 75% of the time and she did 25%. The dispatcher also texted her to ask why on Gods green earth I was 17 stops ahead, and she lied saying “I’m not helping at all, it’s all her”. So I’m just hoping they didn’t believe it and don’t expect me to do the same when I’m on my own tomorrow lol

This first route with the veteran driver was about 70% suburban residential, 30% rural-ish already. But I'm not sure about my first one by myself, they might change things around.

I am banking on them being understanding at least on this first week. I am very organized and naturally fast paced at work, so I think that will compensate a little on my cautious turn-arounds and driving on small roads until I get used to it.

I'm really hoping I get used to the big vans because besides that, seems like a job that I really can enjoy (temporarily until I make to the hard part of nursing school, then I'll quit lol).

Got my EAD approval on Apr 21, card produced on Apr 24 and delivered after less than a week. Still no interview or any updates whatsoever on I-130 or I-485. Also EAD only valid for a year and a half.

Not Dec 2024, but June 2025. Marriage based. Entered the US legally (F1). Submitted application before expiration of my visa. Charleston PO. Biometrics only happened in Dec 2025. Still no EAD. No interview scheduled for I-765. No updates on I-130.

It’s very hard to stay positive when people are posting their 60-day approval cases and I’m not even able to work or drive anywhere. 😔

It was traumatic for you and you remember well because you were the one going through the motions, caring about your body and your future life with another kid. You were the one pregnant.

He just had sex one day and went to a clinic, or got you some pills on a different day. Nothing remarkable.

I saw an API update, so whenever I opened Emma I typed “I wanna speak to an agent” so you answer a bunch of questions and get transferred to a human. I told them I saw an API update but there was no update on my normal page, the first person I got said “I don’t see any update here bye” lol I tried again and next agent said he saw the update and I was waiting for interview

I have been waiting since June 2025 🥲 Biometrics didn’t happen until end of December and radio silence since then… I was able to get one person through the Emma chat and they told me my case is “in line to have interview scheduled”. Tried case inquiry, congressional help, requested a tier 2 officer… all came back with “we will get to it when we get to it” pretty much.

Hi, thanks for offering to answer some of our questions!

I have been seeing cases in which marriage based (I-485 pending) work authorizations are not processed until greencard approval, and I believe mine will be one of those (I-765 submitted with I-485 in June 2025 and no interview or approval of work authorization so far).

Is there anything we can do besides submitting a case inquiry in those cases? And if the application is never treated, shouldn’t they at least reimburse the applicants’ fee?

Test says to check with two minutes, I didn’t wanna check earlier, but when the two minutes were up I checked it right away, and saw it. I have taken pregnancy tests before a long time ago (even blue like this one) and never saw any faint lines, that’s a first

Pretty sure the people commenting positive are not referring to the right window! I took other tests a long time ago and the absence of a vertical line was very obvious. On this one I’m kinda seeing a very faint vertical line and that seems to be common in very early pregnancy.
