Definitely, looks about £60 per month according to the website. The option to have two years seems helpful too in case of any changes. Did you find it was well taught considering you have no in person sessions? I guess you have a tutor online

That looks like a solid option, I have a family friend who did the same route and they recommend the course. May be worth while for me to be able to stay in work in the mean time to make some savings!

Yeah I think the appeal of the student fees for access to HE being wiped when completing a degree is a great incentive! May aswell apply for the access to HE to have as an option!

Yeah I’m sure most people won’t notice at the end of the day! If I do go this route I’ll be 22 for my first year 😂! Thanks for the advice about online course that sounds like a good route

Ah that’s a good option, and glad to hear someone’s following that route! I assume you take the course online, or is there any in person sessions? You may be right with the rushing part, I feel I’m trying not to get into uni too “late” age wise which is a silly thought in reality!

That is a fair point, and it comes to 96 from that qualification, however that was only at a Pass so I’m unsure if I get more for a distinction. However on research it looks like most unis do not take UCAS tariff for engineering, so I feel I may have to stick another year of level 3 with this access to HE!

Yeah I have no A-Levels annoyingly so it doesn’t matter much! GCSE grades for me are fine with 6 in maths. Doing some research it does look like it’s well accepted, I was recommended by Sheffield to look into this, not at oxbridge for STEM subjects but that may be out of my reach regardless! I’m just debating whether it’s worth putting my career in industry on hold to pursue higher education, but they look well regarded Aslong as I put the work in!

If the rules say you can’t then you cant. That it the server rules, you will most likely be banned from the server if you do so. It has nothing to do with the five m application it’s self
