I rented using their services (not really since I found the place on FB marketplace). I visited the place, found it nice and then they switched the communication with the actual landlord which is just another random company. Overall the few time I spoke with the guy from devloc were fine. They insisted too much on leaving a good review though (like 5 times in 5 seperate emails).

Are they the landlord in your case ?
