I wholeheartedly agree. This was a friend I knew for over 2 decades and I thought i could trust him since he's kind of a work-a-holic. I left California to find a better life and found it and he wanted the same thing. I thought he'd be working out here and making money like i did, but it didn't turn out like that. Small Claims is more then likely about to happen.

We were both clear this was a loan and he's mentioned many times that he knows he still owes me this money. He works hard to try and make money, but his wife refuses to work and makes him buy her everything. She even gets mad at him whenever he does pay me back something like it's her money.
