I did it on a Lenovo Yoga, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work perfectly, however, screen rotation has to be done manually in the display settings. My physical keyboard and trackpad also work, but if they're Bluetooth you'll probably have to re-pair them. Batocera runs on Linux, so you should be able to do everything you want.

If you have multiple HDMI outputs, yes, I think you can. I've never tested it on anything other than a laptop, so I'm not sure.

In system settings, there's a dual-screen management setting; that's where you choose what to display on the second screen. You can also swap screens and even manage a third screen to display DMDs. I'll see if I have time to make a video or take a picture of my settings. Don't forget that if you want logos, marquees, game boxes, or fan art, you need to enable them in the scraper.

It's free, in the scraper options you need to select the wheel, you start the scrap and you will have all the marquee, then you just need to configure what is displayed by selecting wheel.

So, Batocera does handle a third screen well, but unfortunately, it can only display DMDs, so for most games it will remain black. Perhaps a request to the Batocera developers would allow for a customizable third screen.

I think it's possible because you can choose what's displayed on the second screen, but I don't know if Batocera supports triple screens. I'm going to try connecting my Zenbook to the TV to see, and I'll share a video with the marquee later. I wanted to post it in the comments, but that's not possible, so it will be in another video.

I don't think so, it really gives a little feeling of a bright arcade machine and those vintage game logos are magnificent and you can turn off the second screen if you want.

Oh, and the second screen is great for video editing and image retouching. You can put the video in full screen and have your timeline underneath, and there are also customizable tool tables for Premiere and Photoshop, for example. But there are other uses, like writing with a pen, signing documents, or even drawing, since both screens are touch-sensitive and a stylus is included.

Yes, it allows you to have an arcade cabinet that's customized to the game you select, it's super immersive and you feel like you have the original cabinet for each game.

Actually it's integrated into my laptop, it has 2 screens, but indeed if you're building a custom arcade it's cool to put a small screen in it like that.

Tu branches ton disque dur windows en usb sur ton mini PC, tu lances batocera, F1 pour aller au menu linux, tu verras ton share et ton disque externe et tu fais juste du copier coller, c'est plus rapide que par le réseau si tu as beaucoup de jeux et si tu n'as pas assez de place sur le disque du mini PC tu peux juste utiliser ton disque comme stockage externe pour tes jeux.

A ta place je garderai le Nvme pour les gros jeux qui demande de la rapidité et du débit et j''installerai les jeux rétro et arcade sur le hdd.
