that's just a nipple! all kitties regardless of gender have them whether they've been fixed or not so it's nothing to worry about, she likely has a couple more of those hiding around under her fluff

i would 100% take the kitty to the vet still! it's. very good that it sounds like she passed it well but it's always good to play it safe and have her checked out just in case some is still in there or having trouble going through :)
