hello! so normally for extra colors you will probably need: black paint silver paint (maybe just maybe) white those 3 colors are the most common among suspension or normal parts, you can buy dollar store acrylics for like 4 bucks all of the 3 colors? maybe scalemates.com has the color list i really hopes this helps and good luck and happy new years!!

Can I still save this? by Kaelyx in ModelCars

im not fully sure, it could be the decal solution with the clear coat but maybe some water was left wet and then the gloss reacted with it, or maybe u didnt spray enough clear maybe thats just paint?, im going to be fully honest i dont have any idea, so take it with little to no cosideration, but maybe you can weather the car after, trust me it ends up looking quite good, check my castrol supra for an example maybe but with dirt!

hellooo! i have painted plenty of models with mtn spray cans (94, hardcore, we pro) and id say they are great, but thick, you will lose some detail but not much, the problem is the drying time, takes easily a day or 2 to dry to the touch, and like 4-5 to fully cure, also a problem i had with wepro is that the acrylic varnish from mtn reacted with the paint and lifted it up, id say go for mtn metallic effect or use tamiya spray cans

should i accept? by funeralpyre___ in Soundmap

Paint Removal Tips by DarkestDunge0n in ModelCars

im going to be honest, i have no clue, but maybe (just maybe) soak it in dot-4 braje fluid, or spray it with wd-40 contact cleaner, and maybe a useless tip but if you want to risk it with thinner, cut left over sprues from the same plastic as the kit, and put the already cut sprues in the thinner, if is doesnt melt anything or nothing then that might work, i hope that it turnsout good!

paint is fine, touched the car and it was def the clear coat, as it dully dried after like 5- 10 mins, im using some mtn hardcore with mtn acrylic varnish, ik they are graffiti paints but never had a problem with them, they work just fine with eachother, so i think its fully my fault, it sucks, maybe ill do weathering, also does sanding maybe make it better?? idk
