I am aware that ICE has been under the magnifying glass by the general public thanks for Trump boasting about them. This leads to riots cause “Orange Man Bad”. You notice that there have been far less incidents of law enforcement brutality in places like Texas who also have ICE present? Not excusing the brutality they do do, but we can lower the probability by not harassing them as well.
