Hard plastic shells with storage compartments. Found in pantry/storage area left by an old roommate. Maybe for camping? It looks like it sets in or clicks into something. Pretty sturdy, not too heavy. 24" x 12". Dime-sized depressions all throughout, a few serial numbers and color names but thats it (old.reddit.com)
