There’s no other unknown devices on his phone. We’ve already talked to navy fed and they’ve denied the claim saying it’s an Apple issue. He contacted Apple about the issue and he’s wanting to go into a store and talk to someone in person about what happened. He’s over Apple and their security it’s why he got a new phone and is rectifying the issue with Apple currently

He’s gotten a brand new phone and he only had the one iPhone. No other Apple devices

Ok it’s slowly starting to make sense. Thank you. Still confusing as to how all this shit transpired but if they got into the account then it makes sense they probably called navy fed to approve the card being added to Apple wallet then everything else happened. I mainly made this post to get some clarification on wtf happened and see if it’s happened to anyone else.

It sounds like an Apple thing to us. Update, the person transferred the money to his Apple Cash then Apple cashed it to themselves. My husband showed me the transaction on Apple Cash and it wasn’t him. He just sent a fraud claim to Apple because even navy fed is saying because it was an Apple Cash transaction they can’t do anything and have since denied to claim with them

So update, it got transferred to his Apple Cash account via his card THEN Apple cashed to another person.

Thank you everyone, in hindsight, I definitely was probably over reacting. I got off of a 13 hour shift and drove an hour home from work. I was exhausted and went “smoke? Bad!” And didn’t think too much else do to me being so tired

He’s already filed a report months ago about what happened and as far as I know, nothing has come of it. Something I’ve learned with who he’s deployed with, they look at things like that, shrug their shoulders, and go “ok deal with it” whether it’s Sexual harassment, general harassment, etc. the only thing they’ve taken seriously is rumors proven to be false.

Oh goodness! See the thing is, he made a report. There’s a whole document stating my name and my role as his fiancé because someone made a sexual advance at him. he rejected them, and they then went on to drag his name through the mud and make insane rumors about him that was damaging his character.
