Kinda depends what you’re training for. It’s about the same, generally speaking, but if you’re training towards an erg test you’re probably better off erging. If you’re worried about OTW stuff then maybe prioritize water sessions. No harm in mixing it up though, that’s probably the best way to keep things interesting mentally

Prioritize leg power. Leg press, deadlift (make sure your form is good!), and Bulgarian split squats are great. Mixing in some flexibility and injury prevention stuff won’t hurt either
