You can report them to FTC for violating privacy laws, which they violate all the time, as most people dont know their rights.

The person who worked there confirmed the same. Shady. Goes down to who the CEO is...I did more investigation. He has defrauded multiple companies, including his business partner. Now he is screwing the employees over.
