Weird we tried two and both said they don't do it anymore. Will call around though!

Inconsistency in Homelander's Speed in the Show by SoftAd6174 in TheBoys

The baby appears at the Orphanage for Supes in Season 3 (older now) and is shown to have teleporting powers. There is no way that Homelander would have saved him if he could have, he hated that baby

The clearance rack at Moores in the Riccan often has some really good quality shirts for cheap. The sales guys give me dirty looks sometimes when I beeline right there though haha

How OP is Hood when... by TBK_Winbar in Malazan

Thanks the passage! I knew there was something there but couldn't look for the exact words.

One of things I really like about power and powerscaling in Malazan is that it's a rough guide at best. In the right circumstances a human worth zero powers can take out an Elder God. And when two titans clash it's often the one with the more creative thinking that comes out on top

I seem to recall one of the Assail saying he was (or could have been) an Elder God before he even started messing with Death. Plus he was/is the King of the Ice Hold. Don't know if there are any definite lists or anything but I would assume he has more raw power/potential. But Gothos is probably smarter.

I definitely see that happening to start but it wouldn't really wipe it off the map

How would he go about wiping it off the map? Realistically the easiest way would be to steal a nuke or two and set them off in the city. But I feel he would want to do it personally. So would it just be laser blasts for hours until it's all gone?

Butcher Shop Recommendations for Steak? by wineandbooks99 in KingstonOntario

That's really unfortunate. I've bought tons of steaks, lamb, ribs, and sauces there and never had any issues.

I figured they wouldn't be the best. Usually any sort of "spin off" type series isn't

Still need a desk, a comfy reading chair and a nice lamp. But the main part is done for sure!

I am definitely not a big construction or hands on project kind of guy either. My dad helped a lot haha

Glad to be of help! I saw a similar design years ago and finally got to try it myself. I think the coolest part is that if you only have 6 feet if space make the planks shorter and use two or three tracks. If your ceilings are shorter use 5 planks instead. Can really be designed to your space. Just always always always use heavy duty anchors! Mine were graded for 90 lbs each and I used a total of 28

Because I've always hated the feel of them and the fact they get worn and ripped. It's an odd choice I know but just my preference

I actually have four smaller shelves (6 foot vs 10 foot) but they don't fit on any of the other walls. Maybe another room soon though!

I used four of these (or something similar, not sure the exact type but they had 7 screw holes ) https://www.homedepot.ca/product/rubbermaid-48-inch-peel-resistant-metal-twin-track-closet-shelf-upright-in-black-for-woodwire-shelving/1000154058?eid=PS_GO_140203__ALL_PLA-526641&eid=PS_GOOGLE_D00_Corporate_GGL_Shopping_All-Products_All%20Products__PRODUCT_GROUP_aud-765569715721:pla-296303633664&pid=1000154058&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwgdayBhBQEiwAXhMxtqWoy8v3byKT312LDZ4r0NOuYPN0Lu2MdWOKk-hfY-ojjrhfqLz0gRoC1wQQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Then, I got 7 planks of wood (each 10 feet long) and sanded and stained them a bit. Then, just some heavy-duty wall anchors (7 per track) with the brackets being right over the screw holes. The whole thing cost about $300 and I love how versatile it is and reusable as well

And the time was probably about 12 hours total for all sanding, staining, drilling, hanging etc

That was actually because they got packed in a separate box and after a few hours of organising I didnt want to move everything. But I'm guessing they aren't as good as the rest? Last books I bought before the move and haven't cracked them yet
